I do not know what to make of vikram Garg's article. Indian feel happy or proud about nice things about India (as do many of other countries). I do not know whether one can read too much into such things and look for motives. It is possible that what he concludes may be correct, but one has to look for other reasons I think.

"...CBSE board schools have traditionally been reserved for employees of the Central Government..." at this point it becomes clear that Vikram Garg doesn't know what he is talking about, and/or bluffing. The screed has been around for a few weeks now, and fact no one has bothered to correct it means, Vikram's fan-folks are simply trolling without substance. Rubbish.
