    Our finance minister thinks (and I tend to agree) that one of the most formidable challenges is in the agriculture sector with as much as 64% land not having assured irrigation.
    This statement assumes special significance in the context of the land unrest is Bengal (esp Singur). I get to hear that Singur actually happens to be one of the well-irrigated farmlands. Pity isnt it, that this had to go for the sake of a car factory.
