Subrahmanya: It's neither good nor bad. I noticed that with 10 acres, IIT-KGP is able to plan a campus for 2500 students. Their competence in utilizing space so optimally will come in handy for those institutions that complain about lack of space (for expansion) despite being located in large campuses worth hundreds of acres.
