There is a campus in UC Berkeley named after Clark Kerr, which is on a side-route towards LBNL on the hill.
Yet another quote attributed to him: He was fired from the UC-Chancellor position by none other than Ronald Reagan (then governor of California) and his famous statement while leaving office was that "He left office just as he entered it: fired with enthusiasm".
