Heritage Foundation has stepped in it again, with a "report" on immigration reform [see Krugman's post]. It has led to one good thing, though: we get to revisit the topic of what IQ is and what it is not. Two links:

Why did you put 'report' in quotes? Is there a problem with the report itself, or with the idea non-PC nature of the premise/conclusions?
Answer: The 'report' is too hot to handle -- even for Hertage. So hot, in fact, it has let one of the authors go.
