  2. Is India concetrating too much on higher education ? What about primary and high school education in both rural and urban areas. In a recent report contrasting India and China

    China is credited with doing very well in the realm of primary and school education unlike India
    and Indian method is considered be too risky to emulate by other developing and underdeveloped countries
