Despite being global business leaders and Americans, these guys prefer to stick to their ghetto mentality<br />2. It is hard to believe that 2 top McKinsey guys are inside traders and others are all innocent. The problem is probably endemic to the organization, but for some reason the Indian-American community is being targetted as its getting too big for its shoes<br />3. Gupta, who is supposed to be worth ~$150 million did this stuff for small change. Many economists seem to say that insider-trading should be encouraged, rather than discouraged - that way a company's stock value will respond more quickly to new information about the country. It seems that it has been deemed a crime only because of jealousy that some people with inside-information have unfair advantage in trading a company's stocks.
