In my estimation, the Editors-in-Chief changed the conditions of publication, and had a professional responsibility to give all contributors to the issue the opportunity to respond to those changed conditions. We should have had a chance to revise or withdraw our work, and this was denied to us. The Editors-in-Chief failed to act responsibly in this instance, in my opinion.<br /><br />Wesley R.
